You are to play a game of JA Titan again. This time, keep in mind the importance of Supply and Demand, the importance of Marketing, R & D Research and Development, (and capital investment {not part of the course}. This is for marks, here is the marks breakdown: If you play a Short Game and get a Performance Index Score of 60+ you get 3/5
If you play a Medium Game and get a Performance Index of 50+ you get 3/5
If you play a Short Game and get a P.I. of 90+, you receive 4/5
If you play a Medium Game and get a P.I. of 80+ you receive 4/5
If you play either a Short, Medium, or Long game and get 100+ you will get 5/5
(If you try 2 games and still can't score a high Performance Index, you will still receive a 3/5)

Now that you have chosen a method of distribution, it is time to look at specific countries.  You are to choose 5 countries that you are to focus your distribution in.  You may choose to have a base country on several different continents or just focus on one or two continents.  What you need to do is decide what countries will best suit your target market.  You need to include several Statistical Reasons for the countries you have chosen.  Use this LINK for the statistics.

Today it is time to perform a Benefit Analysis.  That is when you look at your brand specifically and see your benefits of choosing your brand to your customer.  This is very useful in creating your advertising strategy because it will help you know what is 'better' about your brand over your competition.  By doing this you should start to think about how your brand will be packages, shaped etc.  Please see page 202
